About Flow Yoga:

A dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga session is a strong and free flowing physical practice in which you develop concentration, stimulate self enquiry and enhance intuition.
By flowing from one posture to another in a moving meditation you blend rhythmic breathing, mental focus and energy activation. The produced heat allows the joints and muscles to systematically open, to release blocked energies and to transform old patterns.

Be prepared to heat up as this class will promote wellness and strength on all levels – mental, physical and spiritual. The mind can experience increased clarity and heightened perception. Bliss producing restorative poses let you relax consciously and recharge your energy reserves.

The classes are fun, creative and comfortably challenging. In a relaxed and playful atmosphere we tune into the voice and spaciousness within and learn to follow the rhythm of the body, mind and breath, going with it rather than against.

The practice is built on the philosophy of universal interconnectedness and the belief that we can help make the world a happier, healthier and kinder place to live by cultivating the best within ourselves. You will leave the class feeling balanced, refreshed and renewed! All levels are welcome!

About the teacher:

Silvia first experienced the transformative power of Yoga at the age of 18. As a physiotherapist and certified Tantra and Ashtanga Yoga teacher since 1997, she had found her life's true passion - blending physical and spiritual healing.

Her aim is to awaken and free each person's awareness in a fun and dynamic way. Silvia’s classes are grounded in therapeutic movement and will always challenge you to explore your limitations without ever pushing you beyond them. Her style is fresh and creative and she brings variety and energy into her classes including yoga philosophy, Pranayama, meditation and chanting.

Silvia is a highly skilled and caring teacher, who encourages her students to realize their full potential and feel empowered to manifest the changes they envision in their life.


Private Yoga and Physiotherapy:

Are you new to yoga and would like to have extra guidance in the fundamentals of the practice?
Are you an experienced student who wishes to get beyond particular blockages or fears?

A private lesson can help you deepen your practice by exploring specific areas of interest such as philosophy, breathing techniques, alignment, adjustments and modifications for any health conditions, meditation and visualization, etc.
With a combination of manual Physiotherapy techniques, Craniosacral Therapy, Massage, Stretching and Pilates, you can re-program your body to reduce stress and strain pain. Start feeling better NOW!
